The 411 on finding a new vendor in Contact Karma

There are two ways to find a vendor through contact karma.  You can either browse who your friends use or you can use our Suggest and Request features.  Here’s a breakdown:

To see the vendors that your friends use and like/love/dislike, simply enter a term into the Search box in the header of the site. Example search terms include “Internal Medicine Associates” or “Dr. James Stephen.” This will bring you to a search page with results that match your query, and many other filters that you can use to refine your search. You can also see your friends vendors by clicking on their friend profile in the Friend Tab.

The site’s Suggest feature and Request features also allow you to either request help from all your friends when you’re searching for a specific thing, or suggest a vendor that you particularly love to them. All requests and suggestions come through the Updates field, which can be forwarded as well to your personal email.

Not to mention that Contact Karma allows you to organize your own lists.  Raise your hand if you’re totally stoked that you never have to scramble around trying to find a hard copy list of your vendors ever again!  Yeah, we thought so.
